Fas Moving Logistics – Whistleblower Policy
1. Purpose
Fas Moving Logistics is committed to upholding the highest standards of honesty, integrity, and transparency. This Whistleblower Policy provides a safe and confidential channel for employees, contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to report concerns about unethical or illegal conduct without fear of retaliation.
2. Scope
This policy applies to all employees, contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders of Fas Moving Logistics.
3. Reportable Conduct
Concerns may include, but are not limited to:

Fraud, theft, or embezzlement

Financial misreporting

Violations of company policies

Harassment or discrimination

4. Reporting Procedures

Internal Reporting: Reports can be made confidentially to a supervisor, manager, or the designated Whistleblower Officer at reports@fasmovinglog.com.

External Reporting: If internal reporting is not an option, concerns may also be reported to an external authority such as a regulatory body or law enforcement agency.
5. Confidentiality
Fas Moving Logistics will treat all reports with strict confidentiality, consistent with the need to conduct a thorough investigation. The identity of the whistleblower will not be disclosed unless required by law.
6. Protection Against Retaliation
Retaliation against individuals who raise concerns in good faith is strictly prohibited. Any employee found to have retaliated will face disciplinary action, up to and including termination.
7. Investigation Process

Reports will be initially reviewed by the Whistleblower Officer.

If credible, a full investigation will follow, which may involve interviews, document review, and external experts.

The whistleblower will be updated on the progress and outcome of the investigation, where possible.
8. False Reports
Reports should be made in good faith. Knowingly submitting false or malicious claims is a serious disciplinary offense.
9. Review and Amendments
This policy will be periodically reviewed and updated to reflect changes in laws, regulations, and company operations. Any amendments will be communicated to all stakeholders.
